    Step 1

    用腌料腌肉碎。Season minced pork with marinade.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把蒜头、虾米及叁峇峇拉煎爆香,然后加入指天椒,炒均。Heat oil in a wok.Sauté garlic, dried prawns and sambal ingredients until fragrant.Add in bird’s eye chillies.Stir-fry well.

    Step 3

    加入腌肉碎炒一阵子。Mix in marinated pork and fry well for a short while.

    Step 4

    加入酱汁材料,再撒少许水,炒一会。Add in sauce ingredients, sprinkle in water and fry briefly.

    Step 5

    加入臭豆炒至香后盛出。Add petai and toss well until fragrant.Dish out.
