    Step 1

    将虾洗净沥干水分,加入腌料腌10分钟。Wash prawns and drain;marinate with condiments for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热油镬,将腌好的虾裹上干粟米粉,再沾上蜂巢脆浆,放进油镬炸至金黄色盛起,沥干油份。Heat oil in wok,coat prawns with corn flour follow with batter;deep fry until golden brown,drain.

    Step 3

    装饰后趁热享用。Garnish and serve.
