蜜糖炸香蕉 Honey Fried Banana

【材料】
小金蕉1梳、白芝麻2汤匙(炒香)、自发面粉100克、水适量、食油2汤匙、幼盐1小撮
【蜜糖浆】
蜜糖3大匙、麦芽糖2汤匙、水50克、柠檬汁2茶匙【蜜糖浆做法】
把蜜糖、麦芽糖及水放入锅中以小火煮至浓稠,加入柠檬汁搅匀待用。
【做法】
1.把自发面粉、水开成面糊,加入食油及盐拌匀。
2.把香蕉剥皮,裹上面糊,放入热油,以中火炸至金黄色,捞出沥油。(图1-3)
3.把炸熟香蕉置入碟上,淋入蜜糖浆,洒入芝麻便可上桌。(图4)

【Ingredients】
1 bunch of Pisang emas, 2 tbsp toasted whitesesame seeds, 100g self-rising flour, 2 tbsp oil,some water, dash of salt
【Honey syrup】
3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp maltose, 50ml water, 2 tsp lemon juice
【To prepare Honey Syrup】
Boil honey, maltose and water with medium heat until thicken, mix in lemon juice.
【Method】
1.Mix self-rising flour with water into batter, add in cooking oil and salt, stir well.
2.Peel banana, coat with batter and deep fry in hot oil with medium heat until golden brown, drain.(pic 1-3)
3.Place fried banana on plate, pour honey syrup over and sprinkle sesame seeds on top to serve. (pic 4)
