    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡肉数小时。Marinate the chicken with condiments for several hours.

    Step 2

    热牛油,把材料B炒至软身,然后加入鸡肉炒一分钟,再加入面粉快炒。Heat butter and sauté ingredients B till onion turns soft.Add marinated chicken and fry for a minute. Add plain flour and stir briskly.

    Step 3

    加入材料C,炒至均匀。Add ingredients C then fry well to combine.

    Step 4

    加入清水或高汤,煮至滚后加盖让它焖约10分钟。加入马铃薯和调味料,继续焖至鸡肉软身,酱汁变稠。Pour in water or fresh chicken stock and bring to a boil.Cover saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes.Add potatoes and seasonings. Continue to simmer until chicken is tender and gravy is reduced.

    Step 5

    最后加入白蘑菇,再煮片刻即可。Add white button mushrooms and cook for a short while.Serve immediately.
