    【烹饪小贴士】 烤到一半时涂上蜜糖和牛油,是因为鸡翅膀烤出来比较有光泽和香。

    Step 1

    将鸡翅膀洗净沥干水份,加入腌料充份拌匀,腌制隔夜。Wash chicken wings,drain and marinate with condiments for overnight.

    Step 2

    以200度预热,将腌制好的鸡翅膀排在烤盘上,放进烤箱烤大约15分钟,取出涂上蜜糖和溶化牛油,送回烤箱烤5分钟至熟。Pre-heat oven 200℃,place marinated wings on plate and grill for 15 minutes; spread melted butter and honey on the chicken wings, return to top oven, continue to grill for 5 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 3

    将烤熟的鸡翅膀排在美丽的碟子,装饰后即可马上享用。Do some plating on the wings and garnish to serve.
