    Step 1

    将鸡肉洗净,拌入腌料腌至隔夜。Wash chicken meat and marinate with condiments for overnight.

    Step 2

    准备3杯炸油,在油镬里烧热。Heat 3 cups of oil in wok

    Step 3

    将鸡排裹上玉米粉,沾上蛋液,再裹上面粉,放入油镬里炸至金黄色。Coat chicken meat with corn flour,follow with egg sauce and then plain flour; deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    Step 4

    捞起,排在碟子上,装饰后,配上辣椒酱即可享用。Arrange chicken chop in plate,garnish and serve with chili sauce.
