    西西里薄饼(意大利语:sfincione; 西西里语:sfinciuni)是意大利西西里地区的薄饼。西西里薄饼起源于1890年代,最早流行于西西里岛的西部地区。之后西西里薄饼传到美国,并且外观也发生了一些变化。传统的西西里薄饼的原料包括洋葱、凤尾鱼、番茄、香料和芝士。在美国,西西里薄饼则多为方形。

    Step 1

    先预热烤箱160℃,甜椒切圈和芝士片切条备用。Preheat the oven to 160℃, cut the bell pepper into circles and slice the cheese into strips for later use.

    Step 2

    先预备一片墨西哥饼皮,搽上蕃茄干酱,放上彩椒圈及粟米粒,洒上适量橄榄油,放入烤箱烤12分钟。Prepare a piece of tortilla crust and spread with Italian tomato sauce, arrange the bell pepper ring and corn kernels on top, sprinkle some olive oil then put in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.

    Step 3

    取出薄饼,放上芝士条,再放回烤箱烤4分钟即可。Take out the tortilla, put some cheese strips and put back into oven bake for other 4 minutes, done.
