    Directions

    Step 1

    先将材料B煮滚然后倒入炖盅,加入材料A。Bring ingredients (B) to a boil, stir in flour solution and pour into stew pot, add in ingredients A.

    Step 2

    盖着放入炖锅内煮2小时。Cover with lid and put stew pot into double boiler to cook for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    取出盛碟,将材料C排在旁边即可趁热食用。Remove and arrange in a plate, garnish with ingredients (C) and serve hot.
