【烹饪小贴士】豆渣用布榨出多余水份,要干身才有口感。

    Step 1

    将豆渣加入所有材料B和材料C拌匀,再加入调味料拌匀,做成小圆饼。Mixes soybean dregs with all ingredients B & C,then add in seasoning and make into small rounded biscuit.

    Step 2

    将小圆饼隔水蒸5分钟,待冷后放入冰箱冷藏1小时备用。Steam the biscuits for 5 minutes,let cool down and store in fridge for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    每1粒小圆饼抹上少许面糊,沾上面包糠,轻压至全部做好,用油中火炸至香脆即成,配上辣椒享用。Dip each biscuit in batter and then coat with breadcrumb,press lightly and deep fry in medium heat until crispy,done. Serve with chili sauce.
