    心得交流站 :糯米粉加入豆腐搓成汤圆,口感独特。盒装豆腐水份多,搓汤圆水份要减少,不够水才加一点。

    Step 1

    煮滾红枣香茅茶A,用慢火煮约1½小时后,才加入冰糖煮至溶解即成。Bring lemon grass tea ingredients to boil,simmer in low heat for 1½hour,add in rock sugar and continue to boil until sugar dissolved.

    全部皮料A搓成粉团,加入油搓成光滑粉团,休粉团30分钟后分出10克1等份,包入6克1等份馅料,收口搓圆至全部做好。Knead dough ingredients A into dough,add in oil and knead until smooth;rest 30 minutes and apportion into 10g each,wrap each with 6g filling and shape roundly.

    Step 3

    煮滚一锅水,加入汤圆煮至浮起,捞起过冷水,配红枣香茅茶享用。.Boil dumpling in a pot of boiling water until afloat,rinse in cold water and serve with lemon grass tea.
