    Step 1

    起锅热油,把蒜茸和姜茸爆香。 Heat cooking oil in a wok, sauté chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant and garlic is golden brown.

    Step 2

    加入古龙精制豆豉,炒至香后加入指天椒。加入蛤蜊,翻炒一会。 Add in GULONG salted black beans and sauté for a few seconds or until fragrant, adding in the bird’s eye chilly. Toss in drained la-la, tossing in hot wok for a while.

    Step 3

    加水,蚝油,黑酱油,糖及盐。用锅盖盖住以加速烹调,调味。 一旦蛤蜊熟透,勾芡后盛出装饰上桌。 Add water, oyster sauce, dark soya, sugar and salt to taste. Close with a lid to make cooking faster, adjusting seasonings to taste. Once la-la is cooked, thicken with tapioca flour solution. Remove, garnished and serve.
