    Directions

    Step 1

    将鸡腿加入腌料充分拌匀,腌制2小时。Marinate chicken pieces with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香豆豉、蒜茸、姜茸和红辣椒。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté fermented soy bean,garlic,ginger and red chili until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入腌制的鸡腿炒匀,再加入苦瓜和红萝卜拌匀。Add in chicken pieces and stirfry;toss in bitter gourd and carrot.

    Step 4

    加入调味料和清水煮滚,关小火焖煮至苦瓜熟透。Pour in water and seasoning,bring to boil,and then simmer in low heat until softened.

    Step 5

    勾芡,试味,马上享用。Thicken with starch and adjust taste.
