    Step 1

    将软排骨切小块,以热水汆烫过后平放蒸碟待用。把排骨拌入少许粟粉,再加入豆瓣酱与调味料拌匀。 Blanch pork ribs in hotwater, drain and set aside. Mix pork ribs with corn flour, and then marinate with soy bean paste and seasonings ingredients, mix well.

    Step 2

    将蒜头末铺在排骨上,放入蒸镬中以大火蒸20-30分钟,熟后再洒上红辣椒丝即可。 Spread chopped garlic on surface of pork ribs, steam in steamer for 20-30minutes. Garnish with chopped chilli before serve.
