    先把贡梨洗净干净,切成八块去核籽。Wash the pear and cut into eight pieces, remember to remove the seeds.

    Step 2

    将雪耳提前用冷水泡开,去掉根部,分成小块。Soak the snow fungus in cold water , remove the roots, and divide them into small pieces.

    Step 3

    把马蹄去皮洗净,切成丁块。Peel and wash the water chestnuts and cut into cubes.

    Step 4

    再把全部材料放入炖盅,用大火炖煮45分钟即可,趁热享用。Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot, simmer for 45 minutes over high heat, and enjoy while it is hot.
