    要煮一道真正充满越南风味的卤肉,一定要买到越南鱼露,煮出来的成品会更香。

    Step 1

    将材料A腌3小时。Marinade ingredients A for 3 hours.

    Step 2

    倒2汤匙油入锅内烧热,放入姜片炒香。Heat 2tbsp oil in pot,stir fry ginger until aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入材料A炒至酱汁干透。Add in marinade ingredients A and stir fry until sauce reduced.

    Step 4

    倒入材料D煮滚,转中火煮至肉软熟。Pour in ingredients D and bring to a boil,reduce to medium heat to cook until meat become tender.

    Step 5

    加入材料C,拌入芡汁,取出即可与白饭一同食用。Mix in ingredients C,stir in flour solution ,remove and serve with white rice.
