越南煎饼Vietnamese Pancake

越南式的煎饼有加入猪肉碎,蘸着泰式辣椒酱同吃特别好滋味。

    Directions

    Step 1

    把所有煎饼材料混合成面糊后过滤,再让它醒5-10分钟。Combine pancake ingredients in a mixing bowl.Stir well to mix into batter and then strain.Leave aside for 5-10 minutes to rest.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把大葱和猪肉碎炒香,然后加入酱油、鸡粉及胡椒粉和糖,炒均后加入雪豆,再炒1-2分钟才盛出待用。Heat sesame oil in a wok.Fry onion and minced pork.Add light soy sauce,chicken stock powder,pepper and sugar to mix. Add snow peas and toss well to combine for 1-2 minutes.Dish out and put filling aside.

    Step 3

    热不黏平底锅,涂少许油后以中低火煎面糊成煎饼。Heat a nonstick frying pan.Lightly grease with oil.Pour in a ladleful of egg batter.Swirl the pan to coat evenly.Fry the batter over medium low heat until the pancake is set and cooked through.

    Step 4

    把煎饼铺台面,放入少许馅料,再加少许豆芽,然后对半折起,蘸酱配生菜吃。Remove pancake and place on a serving plate.Spoon some filling ingredient over and add some beansprouts.Fold the pancake into half.Serve with some lettuce and dipping sauce.
