    Step 1

    放(A)料入搅拌机内搅至幼滑及有弹性。Process all the (A) ingredients until smooth.

    Step 2

    手上抹油,把适量肉团包在甘蔗枝上。Using oiled hands, mould mixture around each strip of sugar cane.

    Step 3

    放甘蔗虾入油内炸至金黄色。趁热进食。Deep fry sugar cane prawn until golden brown. Serve hot.
