    Directions

    用紫薯包裹年糕不算特别,但是裹上了越南米纸一起炸,一口咬下去脆脆的,非常好吃。

    Step 1

    紫色番薯蒸软压成泥。Steam the purple sweet potato and smashed into puree.

    Step 2

    加入糯米粉和幼糖,混合成薯泥团。Add in glutinous rice flour and sugar and mix well to become mashed potatoes.

    Step 3

    取适量薯泥团包入一条年糕。Take an appropriate amount of dough and wrap in one piece of rice cake.

    Step 4

    用越南米纸包扎起来,放入油中炸香即可,取出沥油,趁热享用。Wrap it with Vietnamese rice paper, deep fry into hot oil until fragrant, remove and drain. Serve hot.
