    准备一锅滚水,将糙米米粉烫1分钟,然后马上过冷水,沥干水分备用。Scud Meehoon in boiling water for one minute and then quickly rinse under cold water; drain.

    Step 2

    将米粉、虾仁、凉拌材料和调味料混合,充分拌匀,试味。Toss Meehoon with shrimp, sub-ingredients and seasoning; adjust taste.

    Step 3

    加入装饰料,享用。Serve with garnishing.
