    Step 1

    起锅热油,把大虾炸至金黄色,滴干油。 Deep fry prawns in hot oil till turn golden brown, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    留5-6汤匙油在锅里,把研磨香料爆香。 Keep some oil in wok, saute grind ingredients till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入调味料,炒均匀。 Toss in seasoning, stir fry well.

    Step 4

    加入虾快速炒匀即可。 Add in prawns, stir well, done.
