    臭豆(Petai)在体内的一种天然的抗酸作用,所以如果你患有胃灼热,尝试吃臭豆(Petai)有舒缓的功效。

    Step 1

    用盐抹三文鱼,起锅热油,以中火煎三文鱼至表面微焦即可;然后盛出移到一个盘子里待用。Rub salmon with some salt. Heat oil over medium and pan fry salmon gently and briefly till just golden on the surface. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

    Step 2

    在同一锅中加热2汤匙油,煎辣椒材料至香和出油;加入番茄酱,番茄,煮至汁稠,太稠可多加一些水。用盐和糖调味。Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan and fry chili paste ingredients till fragrant and oil separates. Add tomato ketchup, tomatoes and simmer till thickened. Add some water if gravy is too thick. Season to taste with salt and sugar.

    Step 3

    加入三文鱼和臭豆,焖煮3分钟后盛出,不要煮过度。Add salmon and petai, simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Do not overcook salmon and petai.

    Step 4

    趁热配饭享用。Serve hot with your favourite rice dish.
