    Step 1

    虾剥壳洗净,以纸巾抹干。Shell the prawns. Rinse and pat-dry completely with kitchen paper towels.

    Step 2

    以腌料腌虾肉10分钟。Season with marinade and put aside for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    把虾肉沾炸粉。Coat marinated prawns with combined crispy flour.

    Step 4

    起锅热油,把虾炸至金黄色和酥脆;炸至中途时加入咖哩叶炸至脆后捞出用做装饰。Heat oil in a wok until hot. Drop in the prawns and fry till golden and crispy. Halfway in deepfrying the prawns add in curry leaves. Once all leaves are crispy dish out at once.

    Step 5

    把虾捞出滴干油,在撒上装饰料,趁热上桌。Dish out the prawns and sprinkle over with the combined garnish and serve at once.
