    Step 1

    预热烤箱160℃。先将苹果去核切薄片,烧热平底锅放牛油,加入苹果片后洒上肉桂粉,中火煎至两面金黄大约1分钟取起,放在厨房纸巾上吸干水份及油备用。Preheat the oven to 160℃.Cut the apples into thin slices, heat a pan with butter, add apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon powder, fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides for about 1 minute, take it out and put it on a kitchen towel to absorb water and oil, set aside.

    Step 2

    酥皮剪成长形,把苹果片顺序铺在酥皮上方,然后慢慢卷成花型,接口处可用水黏合。Cut the puff pastry into a long shape, put the apple slices on top then slowly roll not too tightly to form a rose-shaped pastry. Dipping some water to seal end of the roll.

    Step 3

    放入烤箱烤15分钟至金黄松脆,可搭配果酱或红酒醋一同享用。Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with jam or red wine vinegar.
