    Step 1

    鸡腿洗净抹干,以少许盐和胡椒粉捞匀腌制半小时备用。Wash the drumsticks and wipe dry, rub with some salt and pepper, marinate for ½ hour for later use.

    烧热适量油,放入鸡腿以中小火煎至鸡皮微焦,取出备用。Heat some oil, fry the drumsticks with medium-low heat until the chicken skin is slightly burnt, take out and set aside.

    将蒜头、姜片、青葱以少许油煸香,倒入酱汁炒香。Stir the garlic, ginger and shallots, pour the sauce and saute until fragrant.
