    Step 1

    底层做法TO PREPARE BASE : 1.将饼干放入食物搅拌器内搅拌至碎。Crush the biscuits using a food processor/ rolling pin.

    2.加入牛油拌匀。Combine with melted butter.

    3.将饼干碎放入挞模或杯子底部。Press the crumbles into a tart casing or you can place it in a ice cream glass.

    馅料做法TO PREPARE FILLING : 1.将芝士奶油加入糖、酸柑汁和酸柑茸拌打至完全融合。Beat the cream cheese with sugar, lime juice & lime zest till combined.

    Step 5

    2.倒入杯子内,顶部挤入鲜奶油。Pour into the glasses and top with whipping cream.

    Step 6

    3.以酸柑片装饰。Garnish with sliced lime.
