【烹饪小贴士】酿豆腐时记得涂上适量的粟米粉在洞里,以免蒸熟时馅料脱掉。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将鱼胶、红箩卜碎和葱花混合均匀,然后加入调味料再次充分拌匀至起胶。Mixes fish paste,carrot and spring onion with seasoning,blend until springy.

    Step 2

    将豆腐中间挖个洞,涂上一点粟米粉即可酿上馅料。重复做完为止。Hollow out tofu in center,sprinkle some corn flour on it and stuff in fish paste mixture;repeat steps.

    Step 3

    准备蒸笼大火蒸约8分钟或至熟。Steam stuffed tofu in high heat for 8 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 4

    芡汁做法:烧热油爆香蒜茸,加入其余芡汁材料煮滚,勾芡后淋在豆腐上。Method for sauce:Saute garlic with hot oil until fragrant,add in all other sauce ingredients and bring to boil;thicken with starch and pour over steamed tofu.

    Step 5

    装饰后即可马上起桌。Garnish and serve immediately.
