    Step 1

    烧热炸油,放入冷冻薯条炸约2分钟,捞出待凉。之后再次烧热油,把薯条再次放入炸至酥脆,捞出沥油备用。Heat the frying oil, add the frozen French fries and deep fry for about 2 minutes, remove and let cool. Reheat oil, fry the French fries again until crispy, remove and drain the oil, set aside.

    Step 2

    溶解菜油,放入虾米碎和咸蛋黄,慢火拌炒成细沙状。Dissolve the Vegan butter with 1 tbsp oil, add in dried shrimps and salted egg yolk, stir-fry into a fine mixture on a low-heat.

    Step 3

    放入调味料、炸薯条、青葱和辣椒翻炒拌匀即可。Add seasonings, French fries, chopped green onion and red chili, stir fry and mix well, Enjoy.
