    Step 1

    将材料A隔水蒸25分钟至熟,趁热压成泥,加入材料B搓成团,加入油再搓至光滑。Steam ingredients A for 25 minutes or until soften,mash and mix with ingredients B and knead into smooth dough.

    Step 2

    将粉团分出等份,搓圆按扁,做成算盘子形状,至全部做好,放入煮沸的水,煮至浮起,捞起过冷河,备用。Apportion dough into small pieces,shape roundly and flatten with thumb & index finger like abacus; boil them all in boiling water until afloat,drain.

    Step 3

    烧热3大匙油,爆香姜末,加入香菇木耳炒香,加入其余配料炒片刻,加入算盘子炒匀,再加上调味料炒匀后装饰便可上碟。Heat up 3 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ginger until fragrant,toss in mushroom & black fungus; and then add in other sub-ingredients and abacus balls,stir-fry with seasoning and garnish after dishing out.
