    Step 1

    馅料加入调味料拌成浓面糊,分出3等份。Mixes all filling ingredients with seasoning into thick batter,apportion into 3.

    Step 2

    取一片紫菜抹上一等份面糊,再铺上一片紫菜,压平即可,至全部做好。Apply 1 portion of batter onto seaweed and sandwich with another piece of seaweed, press firmly;repeat steps until all done.

    Step 3

    隔水蒸10分钟,取出待冷却,每块切开8片,再放入冰箱冷冻30分钟。Steam the stuffed seaweed for 10 minutes,cool down and cut into 8 pieces;frozen in fridge for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    取出沾上少许生粉,烧热油炸脆,用吸油纸吸去多余的油。趁热享用。Remove seaweed from fridge,coat with some corn flour and deep fry in hot oil until crispy; drain on paper tower and serve hot.
