    Step 1

    把金针菇切去根部,将1包留着煮面用。 Remove roof of enoki mushroom, keep 1 pkt for noodle use.

    Step 2

    烧热油把2包金针菇放入油炸至干金黄色,捞 起沥干油备用。 Heat oil in wok, deep fried the enoki mushroom till golden brown, drain and set aside.(

    Step 3

    烧沸水放入干面条煮5分钟,捞起煮熟的面条, 加入清水冲洗,沥干。 Bring water to boil, cook noodle for 5 minutes, drain and rinse under water, drain.

    Step 4

    .烧热锅,用炸过金针菇的油1½汤匙,加入冬菇、 金针菇、红萝卜炒至香。加入面条和调味料拌炒 均匀,加入芫荽即可。 Heat some oil in wok, add in mushroom, enoki mushroom and carrot, stir well. Add in noodle seasoning, fry well. Add in coriander leave before arrange on plate.

    Step 5

    盛碟后,洒上炸过的金针菇,趁热享用 Top with crispy enoki mushroom, serve warm.
