    Step 1

    准备2杯油烧热,将虾沾上蛋液再沾上薯粉,放下去炸至金黄色。盛起沥干油,备用。Heat 2 cups of oil in wok; coat the prawns with egg sauce and then tapioca flour,deep fry in hot oil until golden brown,drain.

    Step 2

    煮溶牛油爆香咖哩叶,倒入水然后虾米和金瓜泥,以慢火煮一会儿。Heat butter and add in curry leaf to sauté until fragrant,pour in water,dried shrimp and mashed pumpkin,simmer for a while.

    Step 3

    加入调味料和炸好的虾,最后加入淡奶,勾少许芡即可。Toss in seasoning and fried prawns;mix in evaporated milk and thicken with starch,dish out.
