    Step 1

    将豆腐切块,放入冰箱冷冻结冰一个晚上。Cut tofu into square and frozen in fridge overnight.

    Step 2

    豆腐解冻后,挤干水备用。Defrost tofu and squeeze out water inside.

    Step 3

    爆香材料B,加入全部材料A炒香,加入水煮滚后,加入调味料和材料D,勾芡即可盛入镬仔。Sauté ingredients B until fragrant, toss in all ingredients A until fragrant, add in water and bring to boil; and then add in seasoning and ingredients D, thicken with starch and shift to mini wok and serve.
