    Step 1

    炸油烧热,放入腌好的五花肉炸至金黄色。Heat oil for deep frying, add in marinated belly meat and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 2

    将(B)和(C)料倒入锅内煮滚,加入炸肉。Put ingredients B and C in pot, bring to the boil, add in fried meat.

    Step 3

    盖着焖至炸肉软熟,拌入献汁即可取出趁热食用。Cover to simmer until meat become tender, stir in flour solution. Serve hot.
