    蘑菇就被称作是能够长生不老的名药,是药膳的代表材料。在许浚所著的医学书籍《东医宝鉴》里也详细记录了各种蘑菇的效用和药用价值。

    Step 1

    准备一个大砂锅,倒入高汤/水,陆续 加入茄汁豆、泡菜、辣椒酱、辣椒粉、大蒜酱和姜酱,以及所有调味料,用大火煮滚。Prepare a large claypot. Pour in the stock/water. Add in baked bean, kimchi, gochujang, grounded chili, garlic and ginger paste. Add in all the seasoning and allow to boil over high heat.

    Step 2

    当汤开始沸腾时转小火,开始摆放配料。When the soup start boiling, turn to low heat and start placing ingredients on top.

    Step 3

    首先把所有的高丽菜都铺在底部,菌菇则摆成圆形。最后撒上红青辣椒,煮熟后即可享用。First lay all the long cabbage at the bottom, and each type of mushroom in a circular shape. Lastly sprinkle red and green chili over. Enjoy while fully cooked.
