香料莓酱烤鸡 Grilled Chicken With Herbs

☆材料★
鸡半只(700克)、盐少许、甜椒粉少许、李派林酱1汤匙、黑
胡椒粉少许
☆酱汁★
A:牛油2汤匙、面粉2汤匙、李派林酱1汤匙、 HP酱1 汤匙、
糖2茶匙、盐少许、水30ml、迷迭香2根
B:越莓酱½罐、糖2汤匙、月桂叶2片、水50ml,沙拉100克
☆做法★
1. 将鸡肉洗净,用盐、甜椒粉、李派林酱及黑胡椒粉腌制30分钟。(图1)
2. 将鸡放入预热至18 0℃的烤箱烤35分钟至熟备用。(图2)
3. 在平底锅,以中火炒牛油及面粉约3-5分钟,转小火,加入其余的A料煮成酱汁。(图3-4)
4. 另外,将酱汁B煮至粘稠备用。(图5)
5. 准备好大碟先摆上沙拉,摆上烤鸡,接着分别淋上两种不同酱汁。

☆Ingredients★

sauce, some black pepper
☆Sauce Ingredients★
A:2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1tbsp LP sauce, 1 tbsp
HP sauce, 2 tsp sugar, dash of salt, 30ml water,
2 stick fresh rosemary
B:½ canned cranberry sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 bay leaves,
50ml water
☆Method★
1. Wash chicken and marinate with salt, paprica, LP sauce
and black pepper for 30 minutes. (pic 1)
2. Place the chicken into preheated oven at 180℃, grill for
35 minutes. (pic 2)
3. Melt butter in the pan and cook flour for 3-5minutes, turn
low heat and add remaining sauce ingredients A, stir well
become sauce. (pic 3-4)
4. Cook sauce ingredients B till thicken, set aside. (pic 5)
5. Place the salad on the serving plate together with chicken,
drizzle with 2 different sauce.
