将水豆腐切小块。烧热1茶匙油加入香椿酱略炒香,加入红黄椒、白玉菇和水豆腐略拌炒,再加入调味料拌炒均匀即可盛碟,趁热享用。Cut the water tofu into small pieces. Heat 1 tsp of oil and stir fry toona paste for a while, add red chilli, yellow pepper, Shimeji mushroom and water tofu mix well. Last add seasonings and stir fry evenly and serve.
