    心得交流站 :虾要炸时,才粘上粉料,要不然生水炸了就不会脆。

    Step 1

    虾去壳,留头和尾,然后开背挑去肠泥,洗净沥干水分。Shelled prawns and keep tails intact;devein,wash and pat dry.

    Step 2

    将虾拌入调味料,腌制½小时。Mix prawns with marinades for ½ hour.

    Step 3

    将虾撒上粟米粉,沾上蛋液,裹上面包糠。Coat prawns with corn flour,follow with egg sauce and then finally coat with bread crumb.

    Step 4

    烧热3杯油将虾炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat 3 cups oil in wok,deep fry the prawns until golden brown.

    Step 5

    准备碟子,抹上适量沾酱,排入虾装饰后即可上桌。Prepare serving plate by spread sauce over the surface, top with fried prawns and serve.
