    香脆可口的春卷,内馅可以随个人口味再增减,搭配一杯热豆浆就更赞。

    Step 1

    把马铃薯洗净,连皮一起蒸熟至软,趁热压成泥拌入调味料,待凉备用。Wash potatoes and cook together with skin till softhen. Smashed it while still hot and mix with seasoning, set aside.

    Step 2

    将春卷皮铺平,放上一大匙马铃薯泥,排上适量馅料,卷起用面糊封口。重复做法至馅料用完为止,放入冰箱冷冻20分钟。Place spring roll skin on table, place one hefty spoonful of mashed potatoes of the way up from the bottom corner, top with some filling, then roll it once to secure the mixture inside. Repeat with remaining filling and wrappers. Keep the spring roll in the fridge for 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    烧热油,取出春卷立刻放入热油里,用中火炸至金黄香脆,捞起沥干油即可。Heat enough oil in a wok,deep fry the spring rolls till golden brown and crispy, drain and ready to serve.
