    Step 1

    将面包边(皮)削去,用木棍擀扁,对摺修剪整齐,放入适量馅料,对摺成三角形,用面糊封口,然后用叉在面包边压出条纹,全部做好。Trim the edges of bread,flatten with pin roll,spread with filling,and then fold into triangle shape,seal the edges with batter,and scratch surface with folk.

    Step 2

    放入已烧热的油,中火炸至金黄色,趁热享用。Deep fry sandwiches in hot oil with medium heat until golden brown,dish out.

    馅料做法: 1.将材料B爆香加入香菇炒香,接着加入其余馅料炒片刻,再加入调味料煮滚。Sauté ingredients B and mushroom until fragrant,toss in all filling ingredients and stir-fry briskly,add in seasoning and bring to boil.

    2.勾芡煮至汁浓上碟,待冷放入冰箱冷藏1小时备用。Once boiled,thicken the gravy with thickening ingredients and let it cool down,chill in fridge for one hour before use.
