    香茅可提高消化机能,达健胃消脂之功,可减缓筋骨酸痛、腹部绞痛或痉挛,并能处理消化问题;也可治疗腹泻、感冒及发烧、头痛等不适。

    Step 1

    西米露做法TO PREPARE SAGO : 将500毫升清水煮至滚。Bring 500 ml water to a rolling boil.

    Step 2

    快速加入未清洗的西米露,焖煮10分钟。Quickly pour the unwashed sago balls and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    关火,盖上置放10分钟。Turn off heat & cover with a lid for another 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    开盖,西米露完全呈透明状,即可捞出放入滤器内。Open lid, once the sago balls are translucent, drain into a colander.

    Step 5

    倒入碗中,加入蓝花精华汁和香茅提取精华汁,拌匀。Pour into a bowl; mix in the blue pea extract & lemongrass extract, mix well.

    Step 6

    倒入玻璃杯内,冷藏。Pour into glasses and leave to chill.

    Step 7

    椰奶做法TO PREPARE COCONUT MILK : 1.将椰糖和班兰叶一起煮溶,过滤备用。Melt the gula melaka with pandan leaves and water, sieve. Set aside.

    Step 8

    2.将浓椰浆加入少许盐及糖,捞匀备用。Combine the thick coconut milk with salt & sugar.

    Step 9

    组合TO SERVE : 取出冷藏的西米露,倒入椰奶,再淋上椰糖,即可享用。Take the chilled lemongrass sago pudding and pour the coconut milk & gula melaka syrup over.
