香菇焖素凤爪 Braised Mock Chicken Feet with Mushroom

材料:

素凤爪10个、香菇10朵、老姜6片、甘草2小条、红萝卜100克、清水1 1/2碗

调味料:(全部预先调匀)

生抽2汤匙、黑酱油1茶匙、素蚝油1汤匙、糖1茶匙、胡椒粉少许、麻油少许

献汁:

粟米粉1茶匙、水1汤匙

【Ingredient】

10 pcs mock chicken feet, 10 pcs mushroom, 6 slices ginger, 2 sticks Gan Chao, 100g carrot, 1 1/2 bowl water

【Seasoning】(mixes all)

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp drak soy sauce, 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, dash pepper & sesame oil

【Thickening】

1 tsp starch, 1 tbsp water

 

 

做法:

1.把素凤爪和香菇分别用清水洗浸软。

Pre-soak mock chicken feet and mushroom until soften.

2.烧热锅加入油,加入老姜和香菇炒至香。

Heat oil in wok, saute ginger and mushroom until fragrant.

 

3.再加入调味料及素凤爪、甘草、红萝卜及水一起拌均匀至滚,焖至15至20分钟。

Add in mixed seasoning, mock chicken feet, Gan chao, carrot and water, once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 15-10 minutes.

4.然后用粟米粉水勾芡变浓滑即可上桌享用。

Thicken with starck and dish out.
