香蕉面包做法很多种,这次介绍给大家的成品比较湿润,将整条香蕉沉入面糊内,烤好后切开,里头就藏着整条香蕉,不担心被烤焦,吃起来夹带着榛子碎香气,是很好的下午茶点心。

    Step 1

    在搅拌机中混合混合面粉、泡打粉、香草糖和少许盐。In a standing mixer, combine flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.

    Step 2

    剥两根香蕉,用叉子在碗中将香蕉捣碎,备用。Peel some of the bananas. Use a fork to mash in a bowl.

    Step 3

    向碗中加入鸡蛋、红糖、酪乳和融化的黄油,搅拌均匀。Add eggs, brown sugar, buttermilk, and melted butter to bowl and whisk to combine.

    Step 4

    将鸡蛋乳酪混合物加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀。Add wet ingredients to mixer and beat until well combined.

    预热烤箱至180摄氏度。将榛子放入冷冻袋中,用擀面杖碾碎。Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Add hazelnuts to freezer bag and crush with rolling pin.

    Step 6

    将碾碎的榛子加入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀。Add crushed hazelnuts to mixer and beat to combine.

    Step 7

    如有必要,在烤盘上涂一层黄油。将一半糊状物倒入烤盘,放上最后一根剥好的香蕉,用剩余糊状物覆盖。放入预热至180摄氏度的烤箱中烤40-50分钟,直至插入其中的牙签取出来无附着物时,面包烤制完成。冷却后撒上糖粉,涂上鲜奶油或自制榛子酱即可享用!If needed, grease baking dish. Pour in half of batter. Peel remaining banana and place it on top of the batter. Cover with remaining batter. Transfer to oven and bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, approx. 40 – 50 min. Allow to cool, then sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar. Enjoy with whipped cream or with homemade hazelnut spread.
