    Directions

    Step 1

    用1汤匙的混合香料B腌羊蹄数小时。Marinate lamb pieces with 1 tbsp mixed spice ingredients B for several hours.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把大葱和姜炒香。Heat oil in a heavy-based pot. Fry onion and ginger until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入香料A和B,炒至香味和油溢出。Add spice ingredients A and B and continue to fry until aromatic and oil rises.

    Step 4

    放入羊蹄,番茄及青辣椒,然后加水,焖煮20分钟,再加入马铃薯和优葛,继续焖煮至肉软。Put in marinated lamb pieces,tomatoes and green chilies. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Add in potatoes and yoghurt. Bring to a boil,stirring constantly. Continue to simmer until meat is done.

    Step 5

    加入桔子汁和调味料,盖上盖子,然后熄火,继续焖煮至肉软即可。Add calamansi lime juice and seasoning. Close the pot and continue to simmer until meat is tender.
