    Directions

    Step 1

    将鱼片洗净,加入腌料腌制10分钟。Wash fish fillets and marinate with condiments for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    鱼片排在碟子上。Arrange fish fillets in plate.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油爆香配料,然后加入调味料煮滚,试味。淋上鱼片。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,saute sub-ingredients until fragrant,toss in seasoning and bring to boil; adjust taste and pour over fish fillets.

    Step 4

    把鱼放进蒸笼大火蒸10分钟。Steam fish fillets in high heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    撒上装饰料,即趁热享用。Garnish and serve.
