容易制作的鱼饼,沾了面包糠拿来炸,香香脆脆好滋味。

    Step 1

    石斑鱼肉蒸熟,然后捣烂,加入胡椒粉和糖腌妥。Steam garoupa till cooked. Remove and mash. Add in salt,pepper and sugar to mix.

    Step 2

    加入淡奶、大葱粒及马铃薯泥,然后再拌入咖哩粉及疯柑叶丝。Add evaporated milk and diced onion to the mashed potatoes.Mix in fish,curry powder and kaffir lime leaves.

    Step 3

    取1汤匙鱼料,搓圆后再压扁至稳固。Take a tablespoon of mixture and shape into a round shape.Flatten and press the mixture until firm.

    Step 4

    把鱼饼沾蛋液再沾面包糠;然后炸至金黄色。Dip the patties in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs;and then deep-fry till golden brown.
