香酥鸡扒其实很容易处理,提前将鸡扒腌制好,之后以中小火煎至两面微焦,调个蘑菇酱料淋面,最后选自己喜欢的蔬菜作拌碟。一碟卖相好看又营养均衡的鸡扒大餐就处理好啦!

    Step 1

    把鸡腿稍微拍扁,再用刀横割。Slightly slap the chicken legs flat and make few cuts.

    Step 2

    加入腌料拌匀,置放半小时。Marinate the chicken with marinated ingredients, set aside for ½ hour.

    Step 3

    把牛油溶解,放入鸡扒以中小火煎至两面微焦及熟,取出备用。Melt the butter over medium heat and lay chicken skin side down. Leave it to crisp up before turning on the other side. Once cooked, remove and place on serving plate.

    Step 4

    蘑菇酱加入调味料拌匀,倒入锅中加入蘑菇片煮滚后即可淋上鸡扒享用。Mix mushroom sauce and seasoning to combine, pour it into the pot, add the mushroom slices and bring to boil. Turn off flame and serve on chicken chops.
