    奶酪马克罗尼意面, 顾名思义, 奶酪是多多的, 口味是重重的。意面的软糯滑润浓郁,令人难以抗拒。虽然被黑人前辈们收为"灵魂食物",仍然是几乎所有美国寻常百姓的最爱。

    Step 1

    将通心粉放入滚水中煮7分钟或至熟,沥干水份备用。Cook macaroni into hot water for 7 minutes or till cook, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    镬内热少许橄榄油,下火腿丁、小葱头和蒜茸,炒至香。Heat some olive oil in wok, saute ham, shallot and garlic till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入面粉,继续翻炒后,下百里香、纯忌廉和牛奶持续搅拌。Add in plain flour, stir well, toss in thyme, cream and milk, keep stirring the sauce.

    Step 4

    下一半份量Mozzarella芝士,搅拌至融化呈浓稠状,下黑胡椒粉和海盐提味。Pour in half portion of mozzarella cheese, cook till melt and thick, season with some pepper and salt.

    Step 5

    加入通心粉拌匀,然后舀入耐烤的皿具内,撒上剩余的芝士。Add in macaroni and mix well, pour into bakeware, top with the balance of mozzarella cheese.

    Step 6

    放入预热200℃的烤箱内,烤18-20分钟至顶部呈焦黄色,即可取出,享用。g. Bake into oven @200℃ for 18-20minutes or till top is golden brown, done.
