    Step 1

    把白糖加水煮溶成金黄色,加入2汤匙清油、调味 料及马蜜酱煮至滚。 In a pot, boil sugar with water until golden brown, add in cooking oil, seasoning and Marmite sauce, bring to boil

    Step 2

    注入清水,加入鸡和鸡蛋,盖上以中火煮25分钟,中途翻转鸡身。 Pour in water, add in egg and chicken, cover the lid and cook for 25 minutes, turn over the chicken when cook half way.

    Step 3

    开盖,加入蜜糖以大火煮至卤汁浓稠,取出鸡和蛋,待凉后便可斩件上桌。 Open the lid, add in honey and continue cook with high heat till sauce thicken. Remove chicken and egg. When it's cold, chop it up and serve.
