    心得交流站 :马豆用刀切碎更有口感,甜椒环抹上粟粉,才酿入馅料,就不易脱离。

    Step 1

    三色甜椒切成半寸厚的椒环,备用。Cut all capsicum into ½ inch thick rings.

    Step 2

    马铃薯连皮煮熟,压成泥,备用。Cook potato,skinned and mashed.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙半橄榄油,炒香B馅料,取出,与其余馅料及调味料拌匀成团后,酿入三色椒环,备用。Heat 1½ tbsp olive oil in wok,sauté filling B until fragrant.Mixes all filling ingredients with seasoning; and then stuff into capsicum rings.

    Step 4

    烧热不黏锅,加入少许橄榄油煎至两面金黄色,即可上碟装饰。Heat non-stick pan with some olive oil and sear the stuffed capsicum rings until both side turns brown. Arrange in plate and garnish.
