    Step 1

    排骨洗净放入沸水中川烫去血水,捞起 备用。 Blanch the ribs in boiling water, drain and set aside。

    Step 2

    锅中热少许油,放入八角和桂皮以小火 煎香捞起备用。 Heat some oil in wok, saute cinnamon and star anise with low heat till fragrant.

    Step 3

    锅内热少许油,爆香葱和姜,加入排骨炒 至焦黄色。 Heat some oil in wok, saute onion and ginger till frangrant, add in pork ribs, stir till turn slightly yellow.

    Step 4

    加入调味料、清水、桂皮和八角,盖上锅 盖大火烧开。 Toss in seasoning, water, cinnamon and star anise, cover the lid and simmer with high heat.

    Step 5

    转小火炖30分钟之后放入马铃薯,大火 煮至收汁,捞起撒香菜即可享用。 Turn to low heat and simmer for another 30 minutes. Add in potatoes, cook 10 minutes until sauce is reduce. Sprinkled with fresh parsley before serve.
